<p class="p3"><strong>ABSTRACT</strong></p>
<p class="p4">We report the laparoscopic resection of an extraesophageal leiomyoma and an epiphrenic traction diverticulum; in addition, myotomy and fundoplication were performed. This has not been reported previously as a laparoscopic combination. No complications were encountered.</p>
